Matthew T. Argano, Ph. D, has been our Chief Human Resources Officer since April 2020. Prior to joining the Company, Dr. Argano was Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer of Altar'd State, Inc., a women’s fashion retailer from 2016 to 2020. From 2012 to 2016, Dr. Argano was Senior Vice President, Human Resources of The Fresh Market, Inc., a specialty grocery retailer.
